All Stages of the Journey / Update June 2020
As we move forward on this journey towards coming back together, we wanted to give you an update on our plan each step of the way.
Through prayer, conversations with our team, and listening to city leaders we are laying out a staged plan to re-opening. Our vision of 'all stages in the journey' comes from Exodus 40:36-38.
“36 The Israelites set out whenever the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle throughout all the stages of their journey. 37 If the cloud was not taken up, they did not set out until the day it was taken up. 38 For the cloud of the Lord was over the tabernacle by day, and there was a fire inside the cloud by night, visible to the entire house of Israel throughout all the stages of their journey.”

We whole-heartedly believe God is up to something in this moment. While the season seems difficult, seeds are being sown and we are excited about the future together.

Stage One / Watch Parties
Small In-home gatherings called “Watch parties” + online engagement 10 AM + 5 PM or replay on YouTube.
“Watch parties” & Dinner Parties in person for those who feel comfortable maintaining social distancing.
Children at the discretion of host homes and attendees.
If you are interested in hosting a “Watch party” please let us know.
Possible all church gatherings online or in person.
Stage Two / Pop-Up Locations
Venues at 50% capacity.
MULTIPLE “Watch parties” Combine into one of two “Pop-up Locations”.
North FW location at 10 AM and South FW location at 5 PM with live streaming still an option.
Live Worship & Sermon.
C3FW Kids will be offered in some capacity. Updates to follow.
Mother’s room will be available for families of children under 3.
Stage Three / Full Opening
Full on In-person services
Online Campus will remain fully operational moving forward.
